The Product Matrix table below provides information for Citrix products whose product lifecycle is governed by lifecycle phases. Product lifecycle milestones include Notice of Status Change (NSC), End of Sale (EOS), End of Maintenance (EOM) and End of Life (EOL).
The Product Matrix table below lists the lifecycle dates that have been announced for Citrix products and product versions that have not yet reached the end of their lifecycle. For products with no planned EOS date (shown as N/A), customers should expect that either a newer release will be available or the EOM and EOL dates will be extended. After the EOS date, products are considered legacy and after the EOL date, product versions are considered legacy. For information on supporting products/components that are not independently available for sale, refer to the Non-Sale Products page. For information on legacy products and product versions, refer to the Legacy Product Matrix.

Citrix DaaS as a standalone product can no longer be renewed or expanded. Citrix DaaS is now included in Citrix Universal™ Hybrid Multi-Cloud and Citrix® Platform License subscriptions. View the feature matrix here.
Citrix DaaS is a cloud-hosted solution that receives fixes and updates on an ongoing basis; therefore, the services remain in support if the following criteria are met:
- Customers must stay current as per the documented system requirements for each service and associated components.
- Customers must be licensed to use the service.
- The Citrix cloud service must be generally available and within any documented lifecycle dates.
Citrix will provide notification prior to ending support of a Citrix DaaS service. Citrix has not announced any end of life dates for the existing Citrix DaaS services at this time.
Citrix Endpoint Management service is a cloud-hosted solution that receives fixes and updates on an ongoing basis; therefore, the services remain in support if the following criteria are met:
- Customers must stay current as per the documented system requirements for each service and associated components.
- Customers must be licensed to use the service.
- The Citrix cloud service must be generally available and within any documented lifecycle dates.

uberAgent support and maintenance terms differ from other Citrix products and components as there are no preset EOM and EOL dates for new releases.
When available, Citrix provides updates and maintenance releases only to Citrix customers. Citrix provides full support, including, when available, bug fixes, only for major and minor versions released in the twelve months before the then current release as shown in the table below*.
*If a bug is fixed in a subsequent release, the customer may be required to upgrade to the new release.

Current Release (CR) Lifecycle Dates
