Citrix Workspace app for HTML5 overview

Citrix Workspace app for HTML5 is a zero-install client that enables users to access virtual desktops and hosted applications delivered by XenDesktop and XenApp from a web browser.

Available Languages: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish,Dutch, Portuguese (Brazil), Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.

Intended Use

  • Productivity applications, audio-video playback in XenDesktop and XenApp
  • Citrix Workspace app for HTML5 is hosted on StoreFront and a version of Workspace app for HTML5 comes by default with StoreFront. If you want to upgrade, you can install Workspace app 2.4 for HTML5 on StoreFront 2.5 or higher. Do not install Workspace app 2.4 for HTML5 with StoreFront versions prior to 2.5.
