The Service Organization Controls (SOC 2) audit report is an attestation report issued by an outside auditor. The assessment evaluates systems and processes to determine the extent they comply with our selected Trust Principles. For additional information, visit the SOC 2 page in the Security and Compliance section of the site. The Due Diligence Package (DDP) offers transparency regarding our policies, practices, and controls. The DDP provides readily available security information for customer security inquiries.

Permissions to access Cloud Software Group audit reports and Due Diligence Packages are based on a signed online Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Follow these instructions to sign an online NDA or view your previously signed NDA in My Account. If you have an NDA in place but do not see it in your account, please contact your Citrix account representative. Note, after you sign the online NDA, it could take four to six hours for our systems to synchronize.
