Tiger Resort, Okada Manila (Entertainment City, Manila – Philippines) is a world-class resort set on 44 acres against the backdrop of Manila Bay. To create these extradorinary experiences, the organization sought a best-in-class, integrated IT solution for guest services, casino operations, and administrative staff that would also enhance executive and employee mobility. Being in the enviable position of having an entirely greenfield opportunity – their SVP of IT, Dries Scott, was IT employee #1 – Okada was able to select the IT vendor of their choice. And their choice was Citrix.

When we met with the Okada team, I felt as if I’d known them a lot longer than a few short weeks. We developed an easy rapport and comraderie, and agreed that we needed to do our best to create an amazing video of their story. The IT and marketing teams gave us unprecedented access to the resort, even allowing us to film the major construction underway for their state-of-the-art indoor beach. We also filmed throughout metro Manila, enjoying the sites, smells and tastes the Philippines has to offer along the way.
