It’s often said that we all know what we do well, but we need feedback from peers and friends to uncover opportunities for improvement. Business organizations are no different. At Citrix, we strive to gather constructive feedback from our partners each year through our annual Partner Experience Survey.

This survey offers every Citrix partner the chance to provide suggestions that will shape the future of Citrix partner programs. While we could juggle a thousand options and guess what your needs are, that’s not productive. Instead of pushing an agenda based on what we think you need, we prefer to focus on resources and support needs that are based on your feedback.

Based on responses in this survey, we will pursue opportunities to evolve and innovate our programs to address our Citrix partners’ needs. For example, after last year’s inaugural survey, several suggestions emerged around providing additional resources for partners, which materialized into our new use case library, Citrix Made Simple videos, and updated partner sales playbooks.

The technology industry evolves at an incredibly fast pace, and Citrix understands our partners need support — from demand gen kits to sales enablement tools to technical training. We also understand that to be effective, those resources must change in conjunction with the industry and the current business landscape. A perfect example was the frenzied migration to remote work at the beginning of the pandemic.

As those types of global shifts occur — some technology-based, some changes in your customers’ business models — our mission is to help you uncover unique value propositions for your IT services company and then enable effectively targeting valuable prospects through proactive planning for the tech and business innovations that are creating new opportunities in the channel.
