As we continue to monitor the fluid and rapidly evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation, the health and safety of our employees, partners, customers, and people in the communities where we operate remains our top priority. And today, we are taking additional action to ensure both their physical and mental wellbeing.

Effective Monday, March 16, through Tuesday, March 31, we are extending our work-from-home guidance globally and advising employees in all regions who have the ability to work-from-home to do so. Our offices will remain open and accessible to those employees whose work cannot be performed remotely, but all others should work offsite.

This global expansion adds many of our largest offices, including Fort Lauderdale, Bangalore, Raleigh, Alpharetta, Burlington, and Dublin, to our previous work-from-home guidance. Our Global Security Risk Services (GSRS) team is monitoring communications from local government authorities around the world, and we will adjust the scope and timing of this guidance as necessary based on their recommendations and our needs.

Working with our GSRS and HR teams, we will operationalize this work-from-home advisory in a dynamic manner to accommodate varying local conditions around the world. For example, our business in China is returning to normalized operations, and we are beginning to transition teams back to local offices.

While our leadership teams have been preparing for uninterrupted operations with a large portion of our workforce being remote, we understand that adjustments will be necessary for certain teams and individuals to remain productive as they adapt to this expanded policy.

To help with those adjustments, our IT and HR teams are partnering to provide guidance and resources around effective ways to work and collaborate from home so they can continue to perform at their best and serve our customers with excellence.

Additionally, we are shifting workloads across our sites to ensure that our systems are also performing at their best and that our customers continue to receive the superior levels of support they have come to expect. We are proactively reaching out to our customers to ensure their work-from-home readiness so that they too can keep their employees safe and operations running as the global crisis continues to unfold.

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and update our actions as necessary to protect our employees, partners, and customers and provide them with the tools and resources they need to remain healthy and productive in these trying times.
