At Citrix, the only idea that is not considered is the one that is never spoken. The same sentiment extends to our partner community as well. We want need to hear from you — the good and the not so good — and I’ve been around long enough to understand that chances are you have feedback you are eager to give.

These are just a few of the quotes from our 2016 Partner Loyalty Survey where we had a record number of responses and received the highest level of NPS scores since 2013! “Wait,” you might be asking yourself, “did he just list only positive, glowing quotes?” Of course I did! Did I just incite some emotion and perhaps motivation to give feedback? I hope so! The point is that silence hinders progress.

Pulling out all the stops to make sure you’re heard

Citrix has always valued the opinion of our partners and, as a leading vendor in the marketplace, we want to find out exactly what our partner ecosystem wants and needs from us so we can continue nurturing our joint success. The annual Partner Loyalty Survey is a key part of that conversation. Which is why this year we’re pulling out all the stops to make sure all of our partners are heard.
