Last October, Nutanix announced plans to add support for Citrix XenServer with the introduction of a tech preview at .NEXT on Tour in San Francisco. Since then, Nutanix and Citrix product teams have collaborated to bring the unique benefits of XenDesktop with XenServer to the Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Platform. As of May 1, 2017, with the release of Nutanix AOS 5.1, those benefits are now available to everyone.
