The energy and momentum at Citrix Summit 2020 continued on Day 2 here in Orlando, where the focus was on innovation and inspiration, featuring a terrific keynote from PJ Hough, Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer for Citrix. PJ shared the ways we’re reimagining how work gets done inside organizations while making the connection between tomorrow’s innovation and today’s customer challenges. PJ brought up subject matter experts to demonstrate how you can build an intelligent and secure platform for work that helps move customers forward in this transformational journey.
Tim Minahan, Executive VP, Business Strategy and CMO, made it clear that employee experience is a clear competitive advantage as the talent shortage continues to be a challenge for companies everywhere. Tim walked through how we’re amplifying and positioning this competitive advantage in the market through our brand campaigns. Donna Kimmel, EVP and Chief People Officer, discussed the increasingly important role CHROs/CPOs play in your business — organizations that focus on their people have greater results than those who do not.
And finally, Carey Lohrenz, the first female F-14 Tomcat Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Navy, took the stage to talk about what it takes to win in one of the highest pressure, extreme environments imaginable: in the cockpit at Mach 2.
Making an Impact
After yesterday’s announcement about Citrix’s 25,000 USD pledge to the Australian Red Cross and matching of up to 25,000 USD of partner donations, we’ve raised 60,000 USD so far, and we’re still going! The Solutions Expo, the epicenter of Summit, was a hive of activity as partners gathered to exchange ideas, spark innovation, and explore better approaches to selling Citrix solutions.
