Onboarding is a crucial success factor for any new software solution. Learning to administer and use a tool correctly can help you achieve:

  • A shorter learning curve
  • Higher satisfaction
  • Faster time to value (by taking full advantage of functionality)
  • Fewer support issues

Starting June 11, the Customer Success Management team will hold complimentary, online onboarding events for Citrix Content Collaboration. For targeted learning, we’re offering separate events for IT admins and end users, focusing on the topics that are most relevant to each.

  • For admins, key areas covered are account setup (including security features), adding and managing users, creating clients, and reporting.
  • For end users, the onboarding includes personal account setup, key functions such as managing, sharing, and requesting files and folders, and advanced features including online editing.

Each week, we’ll hold onboarding events on Tuesdays for IT admins and on Thursdays for end users. Following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during a live Q&A with the Customer Success team.

Customer Success is also minimizing the time away from your job:

  • The events only take an hour but will give you all the basics you need.
