“We’re excited to announce the opening of our new self-serve, self-paced path to cloud: the Citrix Cloud Success Center.”
If you’ve checked out our Citrix Cloud Success Center blogs recently, you’ve probably seen the line above. Or maybe you’ve heard about the Citrix Cloud Success Center from one of your Citrix contacts or even your Customer Success Manager. Have you checked it out yet? No? Do it now!
We try to use our posts to introduce team members who contribute to the Citrix Cloud Success Center. So, without further ado, let’s continue our journey with Endpoint Management guides.
My name is JonnyLee Giard. Some people call me “Dragon” because that’s my middle name, but we can talk about that another time. I’m just shy of five years at Citrix, where I’ve worked in various sales, support, and services roles. Currently, I work within World-Wide Customer Success Management organization, where I am a Senior Customer Success Engineer.
Most of my day-to-day work centers on helping new or existing Citrix customers to build and roll out their Citrix Cloud environment. As many of you have learned in the past, or are in the process of learning, that’s not always as simple as it sounds. Even with the advent of Citrix Cloud, which has helped to reduce the overall amount of time and effort required to get things up and running, it’s important to remember that the typical requirements of completing a project from start to finish don’t just vanish. From a high level, your team will still need to plan, complete prerequisites, build, document, and manage the environment and related components.
Because my colleagues and I do these things every day with our customers and have had tremendous success over the years, we put our heads together to produce the content that’s currently available on the Cloud Success Center and show you proven paths for success. My product focus lately has been on endpoint management with Citrix/Unified Endpoint Management. If you’re considering or have already purchased Citrix Endpoint Management, I highly recommend reviewing some or all of the content that I have added to the Cloud Success Center.
You can view the content I’ve provided in step 2 — “Review the Prerequisites” — and step 3 — “Build Your Solution.” In these sections you’ll find things like:
- Prerequisite list
- Implementation checklist
- Step-by-step configuration guides
Our goal is to provide an effective, almost step-by-step project guide, but we understand that you might need even more. That’s where we need YOUR help.
If you have ideas for content that would be valuable to you, please let us know! We welcome and encourage your suggestions and feedback, as we plan to update and add to the Cloud Success Center regularly. Let us know what you think in the comments below or send us an email at CloudSuccess@Citrix.com.
Many of my colleagues have also written and recorded valuable content that you should review. I learned a couple things from their content, too. And you’ll probably be meeting some of them in future blog posts, so stay tuned!
