Workplace Experience is made up of three elements: Where you work. How you work. Why you work.
Citrix has partnered with Quartz to help you rethink what shapes a workplace in the digital economy. With the tap of a finger, you can click your way through six courses that explain everything you need to know about Workplace Experience (WX) in less than five minutes.
For our final WX106 course, I shared my thoughts on a successful workplace experience, and specifically explored a company’s greatest asset: people.
So, what makes WX work? Here are three essential lessons:
- Design spaces, both real and virtual, that let employees decide where and when work happens.
- Implement technology that empower employees to opt-in, and importantly, opt-out.
- Foster culture and belonging by giving employees the autonomy, trust, and space to shape company values.
And how does Citrix fit into all of this?
- We’ve designed a digital solution that is a fun, modern, collaborative workplace that fosters innovation, supports a variety of work styles, showcases our technology, and reflects Citrix’s culture in a fiscally and environmentally responsible manner.
- We empower our employees to work how and where they want with Citrix Workspace. It’s technology that empowers productivity rather than hindering it and is essential for a good WX. At Citrix, we have a flexible, inclusive culture that is built around our employees, for our employees.
- Lesson No. 3 is really important at Citrix. We have created full mindfulness programs, built inclusive virtual work environments, and are constantly looking for opportunities to upskill and reskill our employees. At Citrix we actively strive to provide the best experience for all our employees.
In any company, it’s the talent that’s going to innovate. It’s the talent that going to stay connected, generating the ideas of where we’re going next. It’s the talent that puts customers first and ends up driving results in the organization. Without talent, companies don’t exist.
It’s time to take a harder look at the Workplace Experience. From creating productive spaces to empowering technology, a good WX is key to helping employees succeed.
