Enhance Productivity and Efficiency
Citrix Workspace provides users a single unified experience by incorporating microapps to help enhance productivity and efficiency. Microapps are task-specific apps that leverage publicly available APIs within SaaS, web, legacy, and homegrown applications to allow users to view information and perform actions without having to launch the full application. In other words, you can perform quick actions and approvals without the risk of losing focus or productivity.
What’s New?
Here’s a quick look at how Citrix Workspace can bring organization and productivity for Chrome OS users:
- Home Tab: Users will now see an enhanced Home tab in Citrix Workspace, which will give a consolidated view of your Activity Feed, Suggested Actions, and Recent Apps. It provides an overview of all the activities and resources based on user context. The feed notifications are ordered based on relevance, with the most recommended appearing at the top.
- Feed Tab: Users will now see an activity feed under the new “Feed” tab. This feed will notify the users of all important events and provide suggested actions. Clicking on any of the actions from a notification will trigger the corresponding microapp and let users take necessary actions quickly.
- Actions Tab: A new tab named “Action” in Citrix Workspace will list all the actions you can initiate through the microapps implemented by your organization. These actions enable users to carry out essential tasks without the need to spend time opening the specific application and navigating to a particular workflow.
