September has been all about Android Enterprise for Citrix Endpoint Management. We have announced several new features and functionality, including:
- Mobile Workspace Experience for Android Enterprise: A single app solution driven by the Citrix Workspace app and Android Management API for the best experience and security
- Android 12 support: Day 1 Android 12 support for our Secure Apps and MAM SDK
Now we are proud to announce general availability for Work Profile on Company Owned Devices (WPCoD) mode for Android Enterprise. The feature is available for Android 11 and above devices with Secure Hub 21.8.5, Citrix Endpoint Management service 21.9.1, and Citrix Endpoint Management on premises 10.14.
WPCoD mode gives IT admins the ability to provide end-users the personal privacy protection of a work profile and, at the same time, the asset management and personal usage policies of a corporate device. Learn more here.
According to a survey of workers by ESG Group, 71 percent expected personal information to remain private on a work device. The WPCoD mode on Citrix Endpoint Management ensures that user privacy is maintained by providing policies on the Work Profile and certain asset management policies required for corporate devices.
The result is a mode that gives the end-user the ability to use the device for personal and corporate use without compromising on privacy, while enabling IT admins to provide a corporate device for personal use without compromising on security
WPCoD mode takes just a few steps to configure Policies and Enrollment Profiles.
Policies
You can apply policies to the Work Profile or Managed (Personal) side of the device.

Enrollment Profiles
Users assigned to the WPCoD Enrollment Configuration will be enrolled in WPCoD mode, as shown below.
