Program Membership Levels

Sales goals and specializations are at the cornerstone of our Solution Advisor program requirements, with partners earning the highest levels of rewards that demonstrate the highest level of commitment and expertise.  

  • Solution Advisor Partner  − The entry level partnership program, open to partners with any level of expertise in Citrix networking optimization and virtualization solutions, as well as resellers of any size who want to add Citrix products to their solution offerings.
  • Gold Solution Advisor − Partners who demonstrate a high level of expertise and commitment to one or more of Citrix technologies. Gold Solution Advisors receive additional sales leads and funds to build their business, and work closely with Citrix to successfully deliver Citrix solutions to customers.
  • Platinum Solution Advisor − Partners who demonstrate the highest level of expertise and commitment to the entire Citrix portfolio of products as a core part of their business, have a well established Citrix practice, and work closely with Citrix on sales, implementation and consulting engagements.

Americas

Forecasting and business planning

Forecast of sales and services are required of Platinum and Gold partners, and an annual business plan must be created in collaboration with their Citrix Account Manager.

² Partners may attain Gold status by either achieving a core Specialization and a reduced sales goal; or achieving the higher sales goal.

Europe/Middle East/Africa
