Program Levels

SMB Specialist Solution Advisors focus specifically on SMB products; not the full suite of Citrix offerings but may advance to the Silver level. Solution Advisors whose interest is across product solutions beyond SMB offerings but may include them, begin at the Silver level and must meet certification and sales goals for advancement to Gold. The Platinum level is an invitation-only program for partners demonstrating the highest level of expertise and commitment.

North America

Forecasting and business planning

Forecasts of sales and services are required of Platinum and Gold partners, and an annual business plan must be created by Platinum partners in collaboration with their Citrix Account Manager.

Platinum: No fees
Gold: upgrade from Silver, $3,795 USD annually
Silver: $996 USD annually
SMB Specialist: $300 USD annually

Annual Product Sales Goals

Platinum: listed in agreement
Gold: $225,000 USD for USA, $175,000 CAN for Canada
Silver: $40,000 US or Canada

Certifications

Solution Advisor organizations are required to have a certain number of Citrix certified sales and technical staff.

Platinum: 4 Citrix Certified Integration Architect or Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer and 6 Citrix Certified Sales Professional

Gold: 2 Citrix Certified Administrator or higher and 3 Citrix Certified Sales Professional

Silver: 1 Citrix Certified Administrator or higher and 1 Citrix Certified Sales Professional (may be the same person)

SMB Specialist: Certified in VDI-in-a-Box
