It’s hard to believe that it’s coming on two years since I joined Citrix. Since I joined the company, I have logged more than 350,000 air miles meeting with Citrix Service Provider (CSP) partners around the globe. With all of this travel, I can say that the most gratifying part of my role is translating partner feedback into tangible benefits that support our partners’ business growth.

To this end, I want to share some exciting product developments, all designed to make our CSP partners more efficient, profitable, and productive:

  • Multi-tenancy Support — Our much-anticipated multi-tenant support for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops on Citrix Cloud will arrive soon. Currently in final testing, this new product functionality allows partners to manage multiple customers, their desktops, applications, and license entitlements, from a single control plane. Multi-tenancy is a game-changer, affording partners economies of scale as they transition more of their customers to the cloud.
  • Citrix Workspace — Our long-awaited Workspace products are coming this quarter. With Workspace, CSP partners can further differentiate themselves by helping their customers leverage technology and workflows to improve their business outcomes. With built-in security and the integration of files and virtualized and SaaS applications, Workspace delivers a unique user experience that extends across all customer environments.
  • Enhancing the value of Windows Virtual Desktops — With the upcoming release of Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD), CSP partners are perfectly positioned to bring greater value to the WVD offering. The Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service brings WVD to CSP partners with centralized image management, application layering, advanced analytics, and more. Partners can easily provision users into the WVD environment using existing Citrix tools, migrate on-prem workloads to Azure, or spin-up new WVD environments for testing. In addition, with Citrix Workspace Environment Management, CSP partners can actively monitor WVD resource utilization and dynamically adjust the environment based on user profiles, system policies, and resource consumption.
  • Citrix Content Collaboration — This was a “nice to have” for many CSP partners only because it lacked a couple of key attributes in order to justify incorporating it into their solutions. Now, with the addition of electronic signature and workflows, Citrix is delivering the value CSP partners asked for in Citrix Content Collaboration. Learn more about the new Content Collaboration capabilities.
  • Citrix Managed Desktops  — With its highly anticipated release, Citrix Managed Desktops is the simplest and quickest way to deliver desktops-as-a-service from Microsoft Azure to any device from anywhere. This cloud-hosted solution is a simple, turnkey service that eliminates complexity for CSPs wanting to rapidly deploy Windows-based applications and desktops to their customers.
