We have been working hard to put together a plan of action to meet the needs of our government customers based on the feedback that we have received from our many customer meetings and our Government CUGC event late last year!! Our message is clear – we are listening to your feedback and integrating it into everything we do.  We are holding ourselves accountable to deliver on new offerings that matter and make sense in the government space, and we’re cutting out the fluff.  We have some exciting new offerings and plenty more events planned for 2024, so be sure to stay tuned! 

Here are some highlights from the BIG LAUNCH last week:

  • Universal Government Hybrid Multi-Cloud Licensing – Our new Government-specific licensing package includes Citrix Cloud Government, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, AND NetScaler!!! There are options for all levels of government, all security requirements including Impact Level 6 (IL6) and above, as well as support and services built in! 
  • Citrix Cloud Gov White-glove programs – Citrix technical resources can guide you through onboarding, Authority to Operate (ATO), and more! As we roll out new features (feature announcements coming soon!), White-glove customers will get to kick the tires and light the fires! 
  • US-based Support – No logs, no screen-sharing? No problem! Be sure to reach out to your sales team about our US-based Support offering eligibility! 
  • CVAD Secure Environment Management – Want to reduce your IT footprint, move to a secure cloud, and stay within the strictest security constraints? Our Secure Environment Management is the perfect solution for highly secure, air-gapped, or sovereign cloud deployments!
  • Website update – In addition to the vertical-specific product and services offerings, we have restructured our website layout to highlight verticals specifically, including Public Sector.  Our new offerings and highlights are laid out in a concise manner, getting straight to the heart of the matter.
