It’s been said that, “If you built it, they will come.” I can see this holding true in several situations. Build a birdhouse and you’ll get birds. Build a lemonade stand and you’ll get thirsty patrons. Build a playground and you’ll get all the neighborhood kids. And build an online technical content repository and you’ll get tech folks.

The last one is exactly what we did and lots of tech folks showed up. For our reference architectures and deployment guides alone on Citrix Tech Zone, we’ve had more than 175,000 total views to date. We’re also very proud that the reference architecture section continues to be the No. 1 section driving the most traffic on Citrix Tech Zone.

Here’s a list of our Top 5 reference architectures by views so far in 2020:

  1. Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service
  2. Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops on Azure
  3. Image Management
  4. Remote PC Access
  5. App Layering

These are all great topics to help organizations build and expand upon their digital workspace solutions — especially given current times and the need for teams to work from home. That being said, we’re always looking for new topics to add to our roadmap.

Last fall we did our first Citrix Tech Zone topic prioritization survey, and it was a big success in helping us to shape the roadmap of our reference architectures and deployment guides. The prioritization data and detailed feedback, along with new topic suggestions, were all greatly appreciated. Thank you to all who responded.
