Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer
Hector Lima is executive vice president and chief customer officer at Citrix, where he leads the global sales, channel ecosystem and customer experience organization.
He is responsible for elevating the end-to-end journey for Citrix customers by providing intelligent digital workspace solutions that unify and secure access to the world’s most important apps and data, and that simplify work execution and collaboration across every work channel, device, and location.
Most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience and Senior Vice President of Customer Success within the Worldwide Sales and Services organization before that, Lima has been with Citrix for more than 20 years.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brown University.
