If you currently hold a Citrix or NetScaler certification, you can view your credentials on our new Certification Platform: https://www.webassessor.com/citrix. To access your records and explore new certification opportunities, please click on "Forgot Password" and enter the email associated with your certifications. This step is essential to set up your login information. (We are still working in the background to push some delta records. Please wait until the end of March for all the data to be fully populated before reaching out to us.)

We have discontinued the Citrix Certification Manager. All your earned certifications, including historic data, are now available on Credly, our new digital credentialing platform.
Key Points:
- Access Your Certifications: You can view your certifications on both Webassessor and Credly.
- Share Your Credentials: Credly is our recommended platform for sharing your certifications on social media.
- Claim Your Certificates: If you passed an exam on a previous platform (like PearsonVUE), you should have received an email to claim your certification on Credly.
- Log in with the Correct Email: To see all your historical exam data on Webassessor and Credly, log in using the same email ID you used to register for your exam.
- Avoid Multiple Accounts: Do not create an account on Webassessor if you already had one on PearsonVUE. This will cause multiple accounts and you will not be able to see your complete historical data on your latest account.
