Account Maintenance

Customer can click here to create a new account. Please refer to CTX106671 - How to Create a New Citrix Account ID/Org ID for step-by-step instructions.

Unrestricted contact has the ability to edit contacts via Citrix portal.
Admin contact has access to the Company Information and Contacts tool under Account Profile;

  • To Add: Click Add Contact and fill in the details
  • To Remove: Click on Remove Contact to show the list of existing contact. Select the name and click Continue to remove the contact.

Customer is able to update their login credentials within the Citrix Portal. Click on Update My Profile under Account Profile; and Select Login/Password to proceed necessary changes.

Note: The link in the e-mail for resetting the password will be valid for 24 hours only. New password will only take effect after 30mins.

Only unrestricted contacts have access to the Manage Maintenance Programs, Upgrade, Company Information & Licensing tools. Please refer to CTX130127 – Select or change Security Access Model on Citrix account for step-by-step instructions.

NOTE: The changes will be taking effect in the system after 24 hours.

Customers are able to update their company address via My Account. > Contacts with full access can navigate to My Account >  Company Information and Contacts > Edit under Addresses page.

Licensing
