Customers can mix and match Citrix-managed StorageZones and customer-managed StorageZones within the same ShareFile customer account. Purchasing Citrix-managed StorageZones licenses provide the option of deploying customer-managed StorageZones on-premises (for no additional cost) in addition to using the storage entitlement in the Citrix-managed cloud storage.
Product purchased under this annual subscription model is valid for 12 months from point of purchase after which the subscription will expire. Customers may renew their annual subscription prior to the expiration (“anniversary”) date. All annual subscription pricing includes support, software updates and unlimited bandwidth. ShareFile Enterprise 100 GB storage pack allows customers to buy additional storage when they run out of their initial entitlement. The storage pack entitlement is pooled across the customer’s account for all users.

When purchasing the perpetual license, Software Maintenance must also be purchased for the first year of the service. Customers can protect their investment and receive latest product version updates and support by renewing their Software Maintenance every year.
An Enterprise Licensing Agreement Program (ELA) rewards up-front purchase commitments with discounts and exclusive offers while the EASY License Program is recommended for customers with sporadic ordering needs.
An Education License Program provides discounts to qualified institutions while pre-negotiated contracts and programs simplify purchasing for eligible U.S. and international governments and government-funded agencies.
