Information Week: User Groups Matter To Vendors: Here's Why

InformationWeek published an article focused on why user groups matter to enterprise vendors, and specifically included insights from Kendra Walsh, Senior Director of community and customer marketing at Citrix. Kendra was able to share details on the Citrix User Group Community (CUGC), the “tribal” aspect that it gives users, and how Citrix as a company has benefit from the organization. She shares that from a Citrix point of view, this user group provides an opportunity to hear from users in a voice that they otherwise wouldn’t have access to. In addition, the CUGC can in some ways save Citrix time and resources. Walsh calls out that “enabling users to help one another alleviates their need to go to Citrix for certain support.”
