Mike Arenth

Executive Vice President, SaaS Strategy

Mike Arenth joined Citrix in November 2021 as Executive Vice President, SaaS Strategy.

Mike is responsible for developing a comprehensive and sustainable strategy to accelerate Citrix’s Work Solutions SaaS business, a critical part of the company’s recurring revenue model.

Mike has extensive experience with SaaS businesses having served in roles ranging from direct executive management, board director advisory positions, to private equity analysis and management. 

Most recently Mike served as a senior advisor to Cinven, an international private equity firm.  Prior to Cinven, Mike was the CEO of HotSchedules, a cloud-based workforce management platform for the restaurant and hospitality industry.  Before taking the reins at HotSchedules, Mike was a Senior Advisor for Silver Lake, a private equity firm focused on technology and technology-related industries, performing due diligence on large scale investments.

Following SAP’s acquisition of Ariba, Mike was Executive Vice President for SAP, responsible for all revenue and customer success related to the Ariba Line of Business.  Prior to the acquisition, Mike served 10 years in senior roles at Ariba including Senior Vice President & General Manager at Ariba, responsible for cloud software sales, the business network and professional services in both North America and EMEA.  Before Ariba, Mike worked for Andersen Business Consulting in the Supply Chain Management practice. 

Mike holds a bachelor's degree in economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University. Mike is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Ivalua.
