As an experienced brand designer, Amy believes in leading with an abundance of curiosity to create thoughtful and meaningful experiences. Her diverse background in finance, design and UX has given her a unique perspective to creatively solve problems for companies big and small across multiple industries, including Speedo, Apollo Education Group, Salesforce and Expedia. At Citrix, she is the Senior Lead Brand Experience Designer on the Creative Strategy team, where she collaborates across teams to create brand systems, visual communications and, most recently, co-branding guidelines.
Barry Cowan is the vice president of brand experience at Citrix where he is responsible for driving awareness and relevance of the Citrix brand through a range of strategic initiatives and marketing activities. His organization is responsible for brand strategy, verbal and visual identity, advertising, corporate and third-party events, sponsorships, and content marketing. He most recently led the successful launch of Citrix’s new brand identity in 2020 alongside a new, global brand campaign.
Before coming to Citrix in 2014, he was responsible for international brand strategy at Cisco where he helped develop and launch multiple brand campaigns and initiatives during his 13 years at the company. Barry also worked for CoreBrand (now Tenet Partners) in New York, where he established the naming practice for that global agency supporting clients including AT&T, ADP, and MasterCard.
He holds a PhD in Linguistics from University of Hawaii at Manoa.
David is the president at GET LIFT, a B2B marketing agency focused on making an impact at technology companies. He’s worked with Citrix since 2014 and dearly misses his quarterly trip to Fort Lauderdale. He lives in Toronto with his wife, two young daughters and a puppy named Chewbarka.
Jenny is a content strategist, coach, mentor, and speaker. She has spent the last 20 years helping hundreds of mid-market and growth companies with their content and digital strategies. Matching your message to audience needs is a critical component of marketing success, and Jenny has tons of experience helping organizations of all sizes do just that.
Kathleen De Bondt is a highly experienced marketeer and sales professional with a demonstrated history of specialising within the computer networking and software industry. Throughout her career she has held notable positions in multiple high-profile organisations including EMC and Riverbed Technology. Currently, Kathleen holds the esteemed position of VP EMEA Marketing at Citrix where she takes responsibility for the creation and drive of the EMEA marketing strategy. In addition, Kathleen manages the daily development of her team of marketeers by driving growth pipeline – direct and with Partners, generating awareness, and creating consideration with a data driven and ROI mindset.
Lori serves B2B Marketing Professionals in all industries who must power up their processes, technology, and teams to achieve new customer acquisition and revenue and retention goals. She researches and advises on the core marketing operations of customer attraction, nurturing, conversion, and life-cycle value management. The research manifests in a holistic lead-to-revenue management (L2RM) approach that leverages the right strategy, tools, tactics, and budget to execute customer-insight-based go-to-market strategies and plans that span both digital and traditional channels. Lori also covers the marketing automation software that marketers can deploy to scale operations, manage with metrics, and maximize return on investment.
Previous Work Experience
Lori is an accomplished B2B marketing expert with over 30 years of experience in corporate, industry, and product marketing, demand management, and sales enablement roles. She has held senior sales and marketing positions with a diverse set of technology firms — from venture-backed startups to global corporations, including BMC Software, Xerox, NCR, and Unisys. Lori is a recognized industry thought leader. She is a frequent speaker at industry events, and her articles have been published in various journals including CIO, B2B Marketing, Customer Think, and Ad Age. Lori is also co-inventor of two patented business process methods for the enablement of knowledge communities.
Education
Lori is a summa cum laude graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
Michell Garzon is senior level leader at Citrix where she leads the Americas Field, Channel, & Digital Marketing Organization. The team is focused on driving pipeline growth and accelerating opportunities through data driven demand generation, executive engagement, digital and vertical marketing, and prospecting efforts. Michell Garzon has been with Citrix for over 15 years. During this tenure, she has held a number of leadership roles in Marketing, Business Intelligence, Sales Strategy & Readiness organizations.
Nick Chow is brand strategist with over a decade of experience with organizations of all levels, from start-ups and non-profits to Fortune 100 companies. Nick has previously developing branding for American Express, Cognizant, Credit Karma, PwC, UPS, the U.S. Green Building Council, and more. At Citrix, Nick is responsible for extending our brand strategy into all parts of the business by uncovering insights, writing messaging, and evolving our co-branding strategy.
Sandeep is the Regional Vice President of Marketing for Citrix for the APJ region. In this role he is part of the Senior Leadership Team for Asia Pacific and Japan where he helps drive the company’s marketing and growth strategies. Prior to Citrix, he has held marketing leadership roles at Oracle and Qlik Inc. He is a recognised industry thought leader and has contributed to several CMO conversations across the region.
Susie Hamlin is a high-tech marketing executive with a background in Advertising, International Marketing and Global Strategy. In her most recent role as Sr Director of Brand and Content Marketing, she is creating a marketing-led strategy that unifies brand experiences across Advertising, Media, Sponsorships, and Content Marketing. The effort encompasses paid, owned and earned channels ranging from awareness through loyalty. In addition to her core responsibilities, Susie is spearheading the 2021 Integrated Marketing Campaign strategy to better align efforts throughout the entire Marketing Funnel. Susie joined Citrix in 2017 as the Director of Advertising, Media and Sponsorships.
Prior to joining Citrix, Susie had a long career at Cisco where she held Director of Marketing positions in Worldwide Advertising and Global Strategy & Advocacy.
Tim Minahan is the executive vice president, business strategy and chief marketing officer (CMO) at Citrix, where he has a proactive role in helping to drive focused strategic initiatives and the company’s overall business strategy. In addition, he leads global marketing strategy and operations for the company’s vision of securely delivering the world’s most important apps and data to enable people and businesses to work better.
A technology industry veteran who specializes in defining new markets and positioning companies to own them, Minahan has served in a broad range of business leadership roles at leading enterprise software, cloud, and services firms. He most recently spearheaded SAP’s successful transition to the cloud as CMO of the company’s Cloud and Line of Business unit. Minahan joined SAP when the company acquired Ariba, where he was SVP of Business Network Strategy and global CMO.
At Ariba, Minahan led the commercial strategy for the Ariba Network, the world’s largest and most global business network, and oversaw the design and execution of go-to-market programs and marketing initiatives to fuel its growth as a leading cloud company. Previously, Minahan was senior vice president of marketing at Procuri Inc., where he helped drive the company’s strategic direction and emergence as one of the fastest-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) application providers. He also served as chief services and research officer at Aberdeen Group, a leading independent market research firm, and held several leadership roles at Reed Business Information.
Minahan is on the board of Made in a Free World, a non-profit technology company that is using the power of networks and big data to detect and mitigate forced labor from global supply chains. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and completed the CMO Program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
