We want to help you avoid being a victim of fraud

Fraudulent messages from people not associated with Citrix can arrive in email, text and even by phone call.  A fraudulent email or text message may include official titles, names, a logo or colors that make the message look authentic when it is not. These electronic messages put you at risk for fraudulent activity.  Citrix is aware of a fraudulent message currently circulating concerning ShareFile, changed bank accounts and COVID-19.  Customers in all cases are welcome to reach out to abuseinfo@citrix.com.  Further, if Citrix is aware of customers specifically targeted, one method of being advised by Citrix will be via abuseinfo@citrix.com.
