Content Collaboration (formerly ShareFile) is a powerful productivity tool. This Citrix Cloud service lets you securely share and sync files and data residing in the cloud, on premises, and in network shares. If you haven’t taken full advantage of Content Collaboration (part of Citrix Workspace Premium and Premium Plus), watch the September ACE meetup on-demand to learn about three key product functions.

1. Connectors: They provide access to various internal and external data and file repositories, such as Office 365, Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint and network file shares—all from a single pane of glass.
2. File Type Association: This handy feature allows users to open and edit documents in apps published through Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. It keeps documents on servers in the trusted Citrix environment instead of sending them to a (possibly) insecure device.
3. Right Signature: Electronic signature capability is one of the coolest things about Content Collaboration. Once your account has entitlements for eSignature through Content Collaboration Premium licensing, your users can send out documents (PDFs, Word docs, etc.) for legally binding electronic signatures right from the web portal, or embed documents to be signed on your company’s website.
