The main objective of the Citrix Technology Advocate program is to provide Citrix enthusiasts meaningful recognition for their community contributions, provide unique opportunities to connect with Citrix peers and internal stakeholders that will enable a continued growth and performance in their careers.

CTA Applicants much possess these minimum qualifications:
CTA candidates will be voted into the program by the Citrix community team and CTA members currently in the program. There is a formal review and voting process based on the candidate’s alignment with the program guidelines and Citrix objectives.
In an effort to continue to grow the Citrix User Group Community and engagement within the CTA program, we expect to see one of the areas listed below achieved at least once per quarter and entered into the CTA Podio space:
Product Feedback
Product feedback can be given through the CTA Feedback Podio app. The program manager will track and report updates on these feedbacks.
Product Licensing
Licensing is available to all members through the free trials given at Citrix.com. Licenses are also available to members who are already partners. Request for specific license types to test product features and functions will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Approved requests for higher level product licenses shall be followed by a blog of the feature being tested within 60 days. Access to tech previews and betas can also be available to program members by request. Request should be sent via CTA Request Podio app. All users will receive access to a free ShareFile enterprise account.
Contributions
As members participate in community events or share content, the CTA is to track all participation in the CTA Podio app throughout the year. The member’s contribution will be considered at the end of the year renewal process.
Communication
Instant messages to program manager and members can be achieved through our private CTA slack channel. Messages for product managers can also be sent via the slack channel in the product specific channel. Calendar created events will be sent to primary email address registered for the CTA member. A listserv will be created for CTA members to use for email communications.
Confidentiality
Citrix and each Technology Advocate will have in place a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) concerning any information discussed in private webinars or product discussions. In addition to protecting confidential Citrix information, this NDA will also ensure that members can openly discuss their operations, configurations and strategies amongst each other.
