Today, Citrix SecurSpaces is being rolled out progressively across strategic development teams, including internal innovation and skunkworks initiatives.

What began as a focused pilot is expanding team by team. The onboarding target is ambitious: more than 2,000 developers over two years, with onboarding reaching up to 25 developers per week.

While the platform can scale rapidly, adoption ultimately depends on people and process change.

Previous onboarding workflows often required several hours before developers could become productive and, in some complex virtual desktop-based C++ environments, several days to deliver a fully configured workspace.
