When we founded YTranslations in 2015, we used multiple tools to manage work across HR, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, and Administration.

With automation in Podio, our business fundamentally changed, and we reshaped our processes entirely. For example, we replaced our financial software with one we developed on Podio. This helped us cut costs and invest that money elsewhere.
All of our processes are cloud-based, and 80 percent of our operations are now automated. This helps us save about 830 hours of manual work each month.
For example, when we receive a translation order by email, it automatically creates a project in Podio, with the specific project details. With a single click, all our linguists that match the project requirements are emailed. We select the suitable linguist, and the project task with all the details is automatically assigned.
