The Citrix Service Provider (CSP) Reference Architecture helps partners get up and running with Citrix technologies and leverage multi-tenancy capabilities to provide services to their customers with tenant isolation, built-in security helping partners achieve economy of scale. If you have a cloud-based hosting business or are thinking of starting one, the Reference Architecture can assist at any step of the process.
We are continually adding to the existing CSP documents, as well as updating with new features and functionalities as they are released.
Our latest addition to the CSP Reference Architecture enables integration of Content Collaboration with Citrix Workspace with existing multi-tenant Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service (or vice versa). The new workflow enables CSPs to rapidly onboard new customers or to manage existing customers and deploy services using a single pane of glass, giving them the agility the need in today’s competitive marketplace.
The CSP Content Collaboration solution enables CSPs to deliver the unique features each customer needs such as:
- Business-class file sharing and flexibility of cloud or on-premises data storage
- Unified access to cloud repositories like Google Drive and OneDrive for Business
- Access to files on the CSP’s hosted platform, as well as any device
It also provides the storage zone options that fit the customers’ requirements.
- On-Premises: Managed by the CSP, these single or multi-tenant storage zones can be shared by an unlimited number of CSP Content Collaboration tenants.
- Cloud Storage Zone: Managed by Citrix in multiple Cloud regions, not the CSP, this offering for CSPs provides a flexible storage option for each Content Collaboration tenant.
In addition to the CSP Reference Architecture documents on Citrix Tech Zone that are publicly accessible, we continue to add partner-only documents to SalesIQ. Our latest resources include a guide for moving CSP Cloud Single Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Tenants into a Cloud Multi-tenant environment, which enables CSPs to consolidate customers into one managed cloud service instance.
