Wines get better with age, and I can’t think of a more apt metaphor for our XenApp and XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR. The platform is just getting better and better each year, with each cumulative update.
A few years ago, Citrix announced an LTSR program for XenApp and XenDesktop to support large enterprise customers whose priorities are around product longevity and feature stability. The 7.15 LTSR platform continues to be the most popular XenApp and XenDesktop deployment choice for our customers. We’ve already released four cumulative updates for 7.15 LTSR that have included more than 570 unique quality fixes. Our CU release schedule makes it easier for customers to manage their site maintenance and preserve the long-term integrity and security of their environment.
We’re excited to announce the fifth cumulative update for Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR.
What’s new with Cumulative Update 5?
Cumulative Update 5 comes with more than 120 quality fixes, which you can get details on in the release notes. In addition to these updates, we’re continuing to align our CU release cadence with Windows 10 SACs to enable our customers to take full advantage of newer Windows 10 releases.
