If you’re a technical professional, you’re constantly tracking the latest news around Citrix solutions. But when was the last time you were able to hear about what’s happening with our latest technologies direct from the source?

By attending the ServTech technical track at Citrix Summit, you’ll get an insider’s view about what’s coming up in 2020, including direct field knowledge from our product teams, consultants, SEs, and technical experts. If you have a product feature question, you’ll have a chance to sync up with a product manager who understands the solution best. If it’s a deployment question, you can talk to an enterprise architect or solutions strategist with in-depth knowledge.

The ServTech technical track is a great opportunity to get the kind of insights you need to support sales, develop better solutions for customers — and build profitability in the coming year.

What started off initially as a Citrix internal event has, over time, become a hugely popular resource for our partner community. The ServTech technical track features comprehensive, deep-dive sessions designed for technical professionals, delivered by technical professionals. Whether you’re consulting-driven or focusing on presales, you’ll get the knowledge you need to succeed with Citrix right now and over the coming year. All tailored specifically for your role.

Here’s what a recent attendee had to say about the ServTech technical track:

During the week, I had the opportunity to share ideas with people who will be among the architects of the future of IT. I am sure innovation is made first from people than ideas. This belief has been strengthened by this event, which has been able to attract visionary and passionate, as well as super-competent, people.

—Nicola Manica (@8nicon), Chief Technology Officer, Praim

We’ll offer a diverse mix of content formats in 2020. Get hands-on at our self-paced learning labs. Explore workshop-driven sessions that are activity-based and process-oriented. Or check out a panel discussion to hear speakers exchange ideas and discuss the latest trends in reference architectures, technologies, and more.

Here’s a sneak peek at some of the sessions that we’ll deliver this year:

Enhancing data security within the Citrix Workspace Wondering how you can improve security with the multiple microapps integrated into the Workspace? Join us as we take a peek under the hood. In this session, we’ll review and discuss the secure architecture behind the intelligence in the Citrix Workspace.

Hybrid multi-cloud for Workspace — Hybrid and multi-cloud environments may be the new normal, but one thing remains the same: Customers want the best end-user experience. We’ll review multi-cloud architecture and deployment methods that create end-to-end application visibility, protect customer investment, and help IT teams empower their LOB customers and internal developers.

How vulnerable is the cloud, really? — When it comes to implementing cloud-based solutions, two of the biggest customer concerns are 1) “Will I lose direct control of my data?” and 2) “Can I trust this provider’s security?” We’ll tackle these questions by reviewing the data sovereignty steps Citrix has taken. We’ll also dive into the technical architecture that protects the customer’s implementation of our cloud solutions — and gains their confidence.

Delivering cloud-native apps using microservices, open-source architectures (Kubernetes) — What are the best ways to manage your new cloud-native application infrastructure?  Learn everything you need to know about IT transformation, cloud, and the new application-development technologies that are changing the face of application delivery.

You can also bet we’ll be exploring the latest developments in Citrix Workspace with intelligent features and what’s on the horizon when it comes to automating work and microapp integrations.

The ServTech technical track focuses not only on products and technologies, but also on professional development skills that can help you to communicate better with customers, to uncover more opportunities, and to drive more sales.

We’d love to see you at Citrix Summit 2020 in Orlando, Florida, January 13-15, 2020. In this cloud-driven space, technology changes fast. Don’t miss out on the technical skills you need to stay current.
