Apple has announced new requirements for TLS server certificates. Is this update necessary?
It is best to confirm by verifying that all certificates follow the new Apple requirements. See the announcement made by Apple in June 2019.

Where can I get help with managing my existing certificates?
For on-premises deployments, go to our Uploading Certificates in XenMobile page. You’ll find information on Citrix Cloud deployments on our Uploading Certificates in Endpoint Management page.
