Easily build complex forms

The team at Momentum, a Preferred Citrix Partner, just created an exciting new extension. Introducing Dynamic Forms for Podio, the extension that allows you to easily build and customize amazing webforms for Podio. It features an intuitive drag-and-drop user interface and makes form building incredibly simple. Best of all, it doesnt require you to write a single line of code.

This extension is exclusively built for Podio, you no longer need additional services such as Typeform and Zapier to build the advanced webforms you want.

Insert conditional fields

Display or hide form components based on specific conditions with conditional fields. For example, you can:

  • Show a question if a previous is filled in
  • Ask additional questions based on the answer of a previous question

This will improve your users’ experience. It also helps avoid asking unnecessary questions.

Update existing Podio information

You can also use a webform to show and update existing information in your Podio forms. A few examples include submitting a booking request and support tickets, or updating time sheets and personal info. By combining the power of Podio, Globiflow and Momentum, you can easily achieve this without having to write a single line of code!

Below, you’ll find an example of a booking request. Once the request has been submitted, the users receives an automated e-mail, sent with Globiflow, that includes a unique link. That unique link redirects the user to his or her previously submitted data, which can now be viewed or updated (our form builder allows you to grey out input fields and to pre-fill values). This allows your users to see data stored even without a Podio account.
