As Hurricane Florence approaches the mainland, our thoughts are with those in its path. We are actively monitoring the Citrix Cloud infrastructure and have taken precautions to protect our customers and our people.

The Citrix Unified Cloud Operations team and Development teams are on standby to address service availability issues, if any arise. In the event of an extended regional outage, the Unified Cloud Operations team has business continuity plans to restore services in designated backup regions. Any backups hosted in the Azure East region are also being replicated. We will work closely with the Microsoft Azure team and Azure Rapid Response to expedite resolution of related issues as needed.
