Today, we are happy to share that the Citrix Services Delivery Kits are now available, at no charge, to all Citrix Specialist Partners until the end of 2018.
These kits are part of our two-tier Citrix Services Delivery Program that was announced at Summit 2017. This program was created to empower our partners with the skills, knowledge, and tools to further expand your Citrix services capabilities and help you drive overall sales volume.
Our Services Delivery Kits were developed with years’ worth of Citrix Consulting intellectual property including: sample deliverables, automated scripts, training videos, design matrices and more. With unlimited access to the Services Delivery Kits, you can now start leveraging the Citrix Consulting Methodology and highlight your success with Citrix services to your customers.

Added Benefits of Services Delivery Certification
With unlimited access to kits, now is the perfect time to also get your team trained and certified as a Services Delivery Professional. As a Certified Services Partner, you will not only receive preferred partner distinction, priority with your Net Promoter Score (NPS), but also access to the Citrix Virtual Bench. This could provide you with opportunities for white-label business through Citrix Consulting.
To purchase the Professional Services course, login to elearning.citrix.com, select “In the Cloud”, then select Professional Services Training under Offerings.
How to Get Started with Services Delivery Kits
To access all kits, simply login to asdp.citrix.com with your Citrix partner credentials and select the engagement you wish to use. When you go to checkout, please use PO# 123SPECIALIST to purchase. The delivery kit will then appear under your “Projects” on the homepage.
You can continue to leverage these kits as you wish through the end of 2018. We’ll capture customer feedback and promote those partners excelling in services to our customers. Each kit will continuously be updated and new kits will continue to be added and available to you.
Looking Ahead
In addition to unlimited access to the Service Delivery Kits, our Citrix Education team is working to develop new bundle offerings for partners to receive the latest training, labs, resources, exams, and more – all for one price. These packages will directly relate to training requirements for the services program and your overall Citrix Partnership. More details on these offers coming in Q4!
