Has Ransomware got you worried? Do healthcare security regulations and the rigors of compliance have your head spinning? You’re not alone!

Security is top-of-mind for all of our customers, especially those in U.S. healthcare. Given innumerable compliance policies like HIPAA and healthcare technologies such as Meaningful Use, the pressure to follow regulations and prevent breaches is ever-present. But did you ever wonder how your hospital’s security compares with that of the rest of the healthcare industry?

Citrix and Intel are here to help, collaborating on the Breach Security Assessment Program. This program was developed by David Houlding, Intel’s Healthcare Privacy & Security Lead, to assess security maturity, priorities and capabilities for U.S. hospitals and hospital systems, and it can help you determine where your healthcare entity stands versus others in its security strategy.

During this hour-long assessment, Citrix Chief Security Strategist expert, Kurt Roemer, will engage with you either on the phone or in person. As a result of your conversation, he and his team will compare your hospital’s security readiness to Intel’s database of healthcare customers.

The results will be kept completely confidential. Your hospital will receive a report summarizing the findings, as to how your organization compares to other healthcare entities. A multi-year plan to build a security strategy mapped to industry solutions will be provided to you.

The objective of this program is to enable hospital systems, such as yours, to begin a substantive conversation with industry experts about how to protect personal health information against breaches. The findings and recommendations then can be used to strengthen your security strategy.
