Since its first release back in November of 2015, the Citrix Supportability Pack has over 12,000 unique downloads and is making a great impact in helping users diagnose and troubleshoot XenApp and XenDesktop issues. The Citrix Supportability Pack is a collection of useful tools originally developed and used by Citrix engineers, collected in a handy pack to help our IT colleagues.

Nadeem Haider, director in Windows Apps & Desktops Sustained Engineering, mentioned in his earlier post that we’re investing in new tools and today we’re ready to show them off to you! We’ve recently added 12 brand new tools in the latest Supportability Pack release v1.2.2.
