Since its first release back in November of 2015, the Citrix Supportability Pack has over 12,000 unique downloads and is making a great impact in helping users diagnose and troubleshoot XenApp and XenDesktop issues. The Citrix Supportability Pack is a collection of useful tools originally developed and used by Citrix engineers, collected in a handy pack to help our IT colleagues.
