Throughout my professional life, I have been passionate about helping people at work to be more productive.

I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to build and lead innovative organizations with multi-product portfolios, and to grow businesses at scale through a partner-centric go-to-market model. I have been blessed to have the chance to work with and serve many organizations around the world, delivering to the needs of their people.

So it is only logical that Citrix, with its solutions that securely deliver apps and data anywhere, would be on my radar as far back as the 90s when I was building enterprise systems management solutions.

I have worked directly with Citrix as a partner, served many of its joint customers and competed with most of its competitors. Citrix provides a way to deliver critical business apps and data over any network, which is what every CIO wants to achieve in their organization. As a result, Citrix is one of the major drivers of digital transformation.

I believe Citrix has an enormous opportunity to move to the forefront of the industry. With its broad scale, phenomenal product portfolio and amazing global team, Citrix has huge potential to help people lead more productive professional lives. And, it’s one of the main reasons I took on the role of President and CEO. The world needs Citrix to solve a key challenge: secure and reliable delivery of apps and data.

In the past, Citrix has, admittedly, had some ups and downs due to shifting priorities and focus. However, if you have paid attention to our news in the last year, you know we have returned to focusing on the core strategy that made Citrix great. With that refined focus, Citrix holds the key to unlocking the potential for every business – whether it is a Fortune 500 company or a smaller organization; in any industry, anywhere in the world.

I invite you to join me as I embark on this amazing opportunity to lead Citrix into its next era, and share the many ways that Citrix is enabling businesses to innovate, succeed and ultimately, transform.
