Since Director was first released back in late 2010 with XenDesktop 5.0 (known as Desktop Director at the time), the web-based console has helped keep XenDesktop and XenApp sites running well.
Help desk staff use it to monitor, reset and shadow user sessions. Administrators can track performance trends and view usage details over time. It’s a go-to console that’s frequently accessed – that’s why we often refer to it as the “Daily Management Console.”
