Citrix Workspace Cloud is critical for partners in 2016!

Even if you are attending Citrix Summit to learn about products like XenApp, XenDesktop, XenMobile, ShareFile or NetScaler, you need to know how they relate to the Workspace Cloud platform.

If you only do FIVE things at Summit, here are my top suggestions to help you dive into Workspace Cloud:

  1. The Day 1 Keynote:

In the Opening Day Keynotes VP/GM Jesse Lipson will talk about (spoiler alert) Workspace Cloud, its position within the portfolio of Citrix products and why it’s a new value engine for partners. As our new cloud-first delivery platform, Workspace Cloud is–without exception–the fastest, easiest and most flexible way to deliver all Citrix technologies.

  1. Attend a Technical Session

There are a ton of get-your-geek-on sessions that focus on configuring the platform, selecting public and private cloud resource locations, standing-up apps and desktop services, security, and more. We’ll even have a competitive knock-off session with some down-and-dirty comparisons. Check out the Unofficial Guide to Workspace Cloud at Citrix Summit for more info.

  1. Attend a Business Session

A huge number of attendees have non-technical titles and represent sales, business management and alliances. For you, we have a number of don’t-miss sessions that focus on:

  • solution-based selling of Citrix services powered by Workspace Cloud,
  • transforming your business
  • competitive positioning of Workspace Cloud based offerings.

These sessions will be led by Citrix sales and sales enablement leaders. Don’t miss opportunities to speak with them 1-on-1.

  1. Hands-on: Demo Workspace Cloud at the Solutions Expo

Nothing beats seeing the platform itself. At the Citrix booth experience, we’ll have full-time product experts, product managers and engineers on-tap to demo the services within Workspace Cloud. No canned demos here; we’ll have a live platform on which we can create resource locations and delivery groups and publish workspaces real-time. Get your hands on one of these to see the instant gratification the platform provides in Pods 13 and 14

  1. Attend the Learning Lab

Want even more hands-on learning? Then attend SUM608 – Build and Deliver Workspace Cloud Applications and Desktops Service – and don’t forget to bring your own laptop. Our lab staff will walk you through end-to-end configuration, including NetScaler Gateway access. We will discuss different deployment modes in addition to new features introduced by the service.

Now that many of the Citrix products are available under the Workspace Cloud umbrella, please immerse yourself in Workspace Cloud knowledge at Citrix Summit.
