One of the best features in the Citrix Insight Services (CIS) is the Analysis Results Report prepared as part of our Health Check Summary (Diagnostic Report).
In a recent blog post, my colleague–Mathew Varghese–explained the advantages of self-diagnosing problems using CIS.
I also wanted to highlight another interesting point of the Analysis Results Report: The power of giving a thumbs up or a thumbs down to improve the quality of the alerts and warnings. The system also allows to post comments to further help other customers and partners to know if these alerts helped them or not.
Our team periodically review these comments and diagnostic plug-ins to improve their quality. Your constant feedback is the best way to help us.
