For those new to Citrix Insight Services, we are a free cloud-based offering that aims to help Citrix Professionals everywhere by analyzing environment data and providing visualizations and best practice advice.

Here is a quick rundown of the progress we’ve made as evidenced by the following metrics.

Take “conditions detected,” for example. 

This represents each time one of our diagnostic plugins fires against an uploaded data bundle to detect a specific condition. Every alert is very prescriptive recommending one or more documentation pages or Support articles.

We are also happy to announce that we’ve recently reached the milestone of over 3 million all-time uploads! 

This is an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the service that we have provided to the entire Citrix Community. By sending in their data, IT professionals around the globe now better understand their environments, have kept things running well and ultimately helped ensure the productivity of their end-users.

So what’s next? What are the plans for the remainder of 2015 and beyond?

One area of focus that we will be investing in over the coming months is our platform’s overall user interface. We’re reimagining how users interact with our site in order to provide a more efficient, capable and delightful experience. The initial wireframes are just beginning to take shape now and it’s quite exciting!
