Her advice to young women in the workforce: “Always be a team player and know the level of contribution the other players on your team are capable of contributing. Always learn from those around you whether they are twice your age or half your age. Never forget to imagine where you could be next and how you could run that next initiative, job or team.”

On how she creates life/work harmony: “Determine and set your priorities. I always go back to Steven Covey and putting rocks in the bottle. Your priorities are the big rocks, and if you don’t put the big rocks in the bottle first, there won’t be room for them. The smaller things – like the pebbles and sand – will fill in around your priorities.”

Therefore, partnering together to deliver world class services around our technology provides unparalleled opportunity to help our clients address critical challenges around Security, Mobility and more.
“I always say “Work hard have fun.” It’s become a motto for me and my team. Winning this award means being recognized for the hard work we put in but building truly lasting and impactful relationships with partners works better if you can find a little fun in it as well.”
