At Citrix Summit, we announced a multi-year Partner Growth Plan that expands our commitment to the channel with the objective of driving significant growth in our Citrix Solution Advisor partner community worldwide. This was big news highlighted at Summit.  A Specialization qualifies, brands, recommends and rewards partners for demonstrated technical competency, end-to-end sales capacity and service delivery to customers in our target markets of virtualization, networking and mobility. A Specialist partner can stand out as a best-in-class solution provider to achieve greater business growth and immediate ROI yielding increased profitability.

Specializations = Additional Financial Rewards

Citrix is excited to offer Specializations as a brand-new opportunity for Solution Advisors and greater benefits via financial rewards, including upfront discounts and rebates, for their commitment and investment. This designation attests to partners’ specialized expertise, helping them drive technically focused engagements, increase customer satisfaction and differentiate themselves from generalist competitors.

Specializations provide incremental financial rewards for higher levels of technical competency so partners can earn an incremental 5 percent upfront discount  with CAR Plus and a 50 percent bonus to the standard CAR rebate, which increases their overall incentive profile by at least 50 percent compared to a “certified” partner.

As a Specialist, partners can attract new customers, gain market coverage and earn repeat business and referrals.[CSI2]

 

 

Specializations = A New Partner Growth Path

Under the new CSA program, Citrix Specializations provide self-select advancement opportunities based on a combination of technical competency and revenue attainment. For example, beginning in 2016, partners with multiple specializations will be able to achieve the next medallion level with lower revenue requirements. In addition, by specializing in more than one technology category, partners can grow to become a Citrix Platinum Specialist.

Partners set their own pace towards growing their overall opportunity and partnership with Citrix. They can begin specializing in the technical category that best reflects their current business model, and then expand to other specializations that support their business strategies as they enter lucrative, fast-growing markets supported by Citrix Mobile Workspace solutions.
