Looking for all of the resources Citrix has to make it easier for you to deliver services?
We understand that it can be challenging to find all of the tools that are out there. Your team needs to complete training on how to sell the services, understand each new product version and renew their certifications – all while successfully implementing and supporting solutions for customers. There is a lot to do, but the good news is that we are here to help!
Citrix has developed many tools to make each step of the process easier. The Partner Services Development Team did an inventory of all of the Enablement, Education, Consulting and Support resources and created a one-page guide. You will likely find links that you access regularly, as well as well as some resources that are new for your team! Examples of what you find include:
- Citrix Insight Services – Allows partners to upload diagnostic data from their customers’ environments and receive automated analysis, including known issues and best practice suggestions.
- Secrets of the Support Ninja – This eBook can be easily downloaded and contains support tips on XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer and NetScaler.
- eLearning Training – These Self-Paced Online trainings provide a more flexible option that is available 24/7 and can be completed as the user’s convenience.
- Education Course Roadmap – Provides visibility into upcoming courses including: course description, target audience, key skills, link to the Data Sheet, and planned release date
