Citrix Director: The monitoring & troubleshooting tool for XenApp and XenDesktop 7.x
We know it’s important for our customers to be able to monitor and manage their environments. Back in August, we released Citrix Director 7.6 that provided a ton of new enhancements and features (check out this blog). We are please to announce the release of 7.6.100 that builds upon 7.6 with some new features.
So what’s new?
Machine usage – we have provided an at-a-glance view of machine usage across Delivery Groups.
Knowing what your current capacity is allows you to take action should you need to add capacity, thereby avoiding unhappy users who cannot get connected. Optimizing capacity is important so that you do not waste resources with machines powered up that are not being used.
A lot of customers have asked for the ability to click on a data point, zoom into that time range and drill down to more details. Below is the chart showing Zoom-in capabilities.
Clicking on the data point
You will now see a chart that has drilled down to that time frame to provide a granular view (note chart filters are automatically filled in with the correct drill down period.
Updated export capabilities
In previous releases, we provided the ability to export the charts and tables into .csv and .pdf formats. In this release, we’ve added excel to the export file formats.
