Citrix has designed a new series of customized services oriented eLearnings to provide partners with in depth services knowledge in the following areas:
- Leveraging Citrix Sales and Demo Tools
- Applying the Citrix Consulting Methodology
- Thinking Like a Citrix Support Engineer
- Citrix Insight Services.
Citrix has made the same troubleshooting system that we use internally available to you to make it easy for you to upload log files and have them analyzed by Citrix to help determine the cause of an issue. One of the team leads will review how to use this tool effectively!
