It was the best of times, it was the worst of times…and that was just one implementation. Tell the rest of the story at Citrix Synergy 2015, May 12–14 in Orlando. The Call for Topics for is now open: submit to be a presenter today.
Whether or not it has a storybook finish, your tale of lessons learned will be incredibly valuable to your colleagues and peers. An independent panel of judges will select the best proposals, and the lead presenter of each session will receive a complimentary full conference pass to Synergy.
Stories we tell
Synergy is an inclusive event that welcomes many viewpoints, and guest presenters are one of the highlights of Synergy every year. Attendees especially value real-world examples of new technologies and proven solutions, and hearing how their peers solved the toughest challenges.
Deep-dive technical topics are the most popular at Synergy. While bleeding-edge examples can be fascinating, most attendees want practical guidance on planning, design and implementation—in other words, how to get projects completed on time, within budget with great results. Attendees tell us they’re most interested in mobile workspace solutions, enterprise mobility management, BYOD and hybrid cloud solutions, plus the latest in desktop and Windows app virtualization. Securing mobile data and applications is always a hot topic, along with social and real-time collaboration technologies.
If you have a proposal that targets one of these areas, make sure it’s educational, technically detailed and credible, and supported with case studies and demos. Offer plenty of insights and practical information. And please, avoid any marketing hype.
The selection process
All submissions will be judged by a selection committee of analysts, enterprise IT professionals and other industry thought leaders. They’ll be looking for interesting, technically rich content and will select proposals based on the relevance of the topic and the experience of the speaker.
